    • We work by hour, and the rate/hour is based on a few factors, such as: # of cleaning technicians, tools and supplies needed, and carried in and out, etc.…

  • Do you only do house cleaning?

    • No, and thank you for asking! We clean offices, municipal buildings, commercial/retail buildings, offices, homes, & automobiles. SPECIAL OR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS: 

  • Do you set up for parties or clean up after parties?

    • Yes, we do. 

  • Do you do moving cleanings? (moving in or moving out cleaning sessions)

    • Yes, be do both move in and move out cleanings

  • Do you charge more money or the same money for a moving clean?

    • Yes, but only because it will take more cleaning technicians, amount of time, more tools to bring in and out of the space, and more cleaning solutions. 

  • Do you do random cleanings or do you only have weekly and bi weekly clients?

    • We do both random, and re-occurring (weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, monthly etc.…)

  • If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working?

    • We will work together to determine how best to proceed. 

  • Do you charge more to work holidays?

    • Yes, because we are taking time away from our families

  • What hours do you work?

    • Monday – Saturday 9am to 6pm EST

  • Do you work weekends?

    • Some Saturdays, but not Sundays

  • How long have you been in business?

    • For 1 year officially, but I cleaned homes for 7 years in WV, and NC with my mother. God rest her soul . 

  • Have you ever been fired from a house? If so, why?

    • No, not yet, but we always work hard to ensure we match the needs of our customers

  • Do you have references?

    • Yes, available upon requests

  • Do you do laundry?

    • Yes, on a case by case basis, we offer this service as an additional add-on services

  • Do you dishes or empty the dishwasher?

    • No, not at this time due to the pandemic

  • Do you do pet sitting on the side?

    • ABSOLUTELY! We are a pet friendly company. Why not have the same company who your pets know help walk, bath, feed, & in general help you care for them?!

  • Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room as you cleaning?

    • For their safety, no. We do not ever want your fur baby to get into the cleaning chemicals. 

  • Is it okay if my kids are in the same room as you cleaning?

    • For their safety, no. Its best to always have us be in alternate rooms/spaces. 

  • Are you bonded and insured?

    • Yes, both bonded and insured

  • Are you licensed to clean houses?

    • Although, our industry currently does not require a license; we are listed as a registered LLC business with the state of Maryland

  • Do you clean windows?

    • Yes, we clean interior windows

  • Do you details cars?

    • Yes, and we will deliver quality top notch auto detailing to your doorsteps 

  • Do you defrost freezers?

    • No, not at this time

  • Do you clean out the fridge and/or freezer?

    • Yes, we do offer this service to our customers as an additional add on services

  • What type of cleaning chemicals do you use on hardwood floors: 

    • Distilled water and a steam mop on an as needed/requested basis to sanitize

  • Do you have your own vacuum?

    • Yes, a 5 layer filtered vacuum. We sanitize after each use, which is why we do not over book our day to allow time for properly sanitizing non-disposable tools such as a vacuum. 

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

    • Yes, we use top of the line supplies, and are also willing to work with customers if they prefer we use their cleaning supplies

  • Do you do miscellaneous projects?

    • Yes, we do offer miscellaneous projects to our customers as an add-on service. 

  • If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning?

    • Yes, $25 credit for anyone your refer that hires us for a one time cleaning; and a $75 credit for anyone you refer that hires us for weekly or biweekly cleaning sessions. (referred customer must use our services for minimum of 3 months before the discount can be used.  

  • Am I supposed to tip you for your services. 

    • Tipping is never required, but is a great way to show your cleaning technicians appreciation. 100% of your tips go directly to the cleaning technicians who cleaned for you. 

  • Do you clean out the hot tub?

    • We do offer this as an add-on service to our customers.

  • What happens if you get sick?

    • If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flue, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all of our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family. 

  • Do you cancel or reschedule on me or do you just show up sick?

    • If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flue, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning.   • Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?

    • Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another – for whatever reason, one of us, you or us will need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Please call or text 301-537-5199 as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. Once the cleaning technician is in route the full remaining payment is taken, and for obvious reasons is non-refundable. 

  • Am I supposed to give you a key so you can get in my house or do you need an alarm code? Or both?

    • It is not necessary to be home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We will need to know where you keep your house key. 

  • Do I need to be home when you come to clean or can I be at work?

    • It is not necessary to be home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We will need to know where you keep your house key. 

  • ​Are you the person that is coming to clean my house?

    • We will do our best to have the same person clean your home. 

  • Is it just you cleaning or are you bringing a team of people with you. 

    • Most recurring sessions will have 2 cleaning technicians. For larger spaces, first time/deep cleanings, move in/move out cleaning sessions those will have 3 cleaning technicians

  • Are the people you bring with you bonded and insured?

    • We are licensed, bonded & insured

  • What is your screening policy for people you hire?

    • Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening, Identity & Background Screening

  • Do you do background checks or drug checks?

    • Yes, we do both

  • How do you prefer to be contacted?

    • Phone & 2nd best Text (always try both if needed to reach us)

  • Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my home, my habits, etc.…

    • Never, that is not something we would every do. We are here to help, and would never judge our customers. 

  • Do you have set times for each cleaning session, and will those times change?

    • We typically keep the same arrival/start time for each cleaning session. 

  • Do you show up on time?

    • Most companies give a 4 hour window. We ask for a 1 hour grace due to traffic. This is another bennifit to why we do not over book our day, so we can arrive on time. 

  • Do you clean the same items, or rotate chores?

    • Depends, we work with you to determine what you need/want us to take care of. 

  • Do you use environmentally free chemicals?

    • Yes

  • How do you know what type of chemicals to use on different surfaces? How did you learn?

    • Study, and using a guide until each cleaning technician memorizes

  • Do I pay you under the table or do you pay taxes?

    • We pay taxes, so we will also unfortunately have to pass on that expense. 6%

  • I work from the house, will it bother you if I’m home the whole time?

    • No, we can work around you, as long as you are ok with us running a vacuum for a little bit. 

  • If I’m working from home, are you going to chat the whole time or will you allow me to get my work done. 

    • We wear headphones, and we keep talking to a minimal. We will have to run a vacuum and make some noise as we clean, but we always do our best to keep sounds to a minimal when we know you are working from home. 

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    • Yes, we do. 

  • If I forgot to leave you a check do you still do the work?

    • We ask that you keep a card for billing on file. We do not accept checks. 

  • Do you water indoor plants? 

    • We can, if you like. Just need to let us know. Within reason we can take care of that at no additional charge.
